What does "The Conscious Cart" stand for?
Being "The Conscious Cart" means we offer products that are chosen with care for both you and the planet. We focus on organic & sustainable materials, ethical production, and transparency. We believe thoughtful choices can make a real difference, but also that none of us deserve to pay for it by making space for microplastics in our brains.
How is organic cotton better than polyester?
Organic cotton is a more natural and eco-friendly choice.
- Organic Cotton: Grown without harmful chemicals, uses less water, is biodegradable, and breathable. It's kinder to your skin and the planet.
- Polyester: A plastic-based material that can shed microplastics and isn't biodegradable.
Choosing organic cotton is a step towards a healthier environment.
What difference does choosing sustainable fashion make?
Choosing sustainable fashion helps our planet and people. Your choice supports:
- Reduced environmental impact
- Fair and ethical work practices
- None of our products ending up in landfills
Every mindful purchase contributes to positive change.
How should I care for my organic cotton items?
To extend the life of your organic cotton items:
- Wash gently in cold water.
- Use a mild, eco-friendly detergent.
- Line dry if you can, or use a low heat setting in the dryer.
- Wash less often if the item isn't dirty.
Just to be safe, always check the item's care label for specific instructions.
How and where are your products made?
We make our products on-demand to prevent waste rather than buying in bulk. This means your item is specially printed or embroidered for you after you order. Our main partners are in Latvia and Spain, and they also work with firms across the EU. This helps us produce items responsibly.
